Charlotte FC select up free agent goalkeeper Adrian Zendejas

Charlotte FC have picked up free agent goalkeeper Adrian Zendejas, the club introduced Sunday.

The 26-12 months-vintage player joins the Major League Soccer growth aspect from Minnesota United FC on a contract thru the 2023 season, with a club choice for 2024. 

Zendejas kicked off his MLS career in 2016 with Sporting Kansas City. He spent four seasons with the Western Conference aspect before becoming a member of Nashville SC for a 12 months and Minnesota United for two. 

He made forty two appearances for Sporting's USL affiliate Swope Park Rangers (now referred to as Sporting Kansas City II) from 2017 to 2019.

The goalkeeper spent closing year on loan with USL Championship aspect El Paso Locomotive, wherein he recorded 3 clean sheets.
