Tottenham sacked Nuno on Monday after losing five of their past seven Premier League matches and the club already chose Conte as the ideal replacement. The former Chelsea manager will be back in the Premier League to try to change Spurs' fate.
Fabrizio Romano reports that talks are understood to be "at final stages". Both parties would be already discussing salary and time at the club.
'Sky Sports' reports that the North London side offered Conte an 18 months contract, which means the rest of this season and the next one.
Everything looks set to be completed as Conte would be happy to accept the challenge.
The talks will keep going today, as the announcement could be out on Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
